The mission of the Women's Construction Guild of Southwest Florida is to create an inclusive environment where the viability and visibility of women in construction and related industries is facilitated with peer to peer support. We aim to provide a solid foundation in our local construction community for women to stand upon as they face the unique set of challenges that they engage with everyday.
